Customer Service and my rugs are always very clean.

I love the personal attention. We don’t ever have the same individual cleaning but whoever comes make us feel like they’v been there several times.
Service Master was incredibly helpful in helping me fix a stressful situation, they were quick in their response, courteous and professional. What had taken 6 weeks of deliberating with my insurance company they were able to get figured out in a week. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and quality work!

Efficient, professional, courteous, mindful and careful with furniture they moved; there was an obvious attention to detail while they were involved in the cleaning process. They were mindful of the care necessary in moving their equipment in the different rooms of our home. They were articulate and professional in explanation of the process they were to effect. successful cleaning and general business attitude
You have cleaned for me before. However this last time there was a significant price increase on exact same items that were cleaned another time. Previous cleaning I was very happy with. This time items came back as if majority parts had not been cleaned and conditioned, as I requested and paid for. Items are having to be redone. To be very very honest I didn’t have a huge time window of opportunity and I chose ServiceMaster because I trusted you all. Now having to make time for redo. Not happy when they looked spot cleaned. Thank you

I like Service Master because they make my mother’s old carpet look and smell like new.
The carpet smelled for 2 weeks. It didn't smell before it was cleaned, but it did after it was cleaned.
I had it cleaned because I am in the process of selling the house. I had to febreze the room numerous times while showings were being done.

I'm so sorry you had this experience with us. I see that you opted for a topical enzyme treatment. Though this is not usually completely effective, it can be in certain situations but does not come with any warranty or guarantee. Anytime carpet that has urine salts present, if cleaned without fully addressing the issue, will result in reactivating the salt crystals and aerosolizing the odor until the carpets dry completely.
Though we don't warranty or offer any guarantee for urine treatments, I do see that we attempted on several occasions to set up a time for us to come back and readdress the issue.
