The people were very nice, everyone cared and worked very fast to help get us the ramp that we needed for my mom. With the pandemic, other companies said we would be lucky to even get them out by spring and your company came out so fast both for the estimate (same day) and for the install and you took care of the building permit and everything.

The installation staff member was courteous, efficient, and explained the operation, maintenance, and steps to take regarding trouble shooting. They offer products from a in state company, along with other companies products. I read a number of positive reviews regarding 101 mobility and they have a good Better Business Bureau history.

Put in our Bruno stairlift three years ago. It has made my life considerably better. We have it checked over every year and that happened this week. The gentlemen who serviced my chair arrived on time and went directly to work. They were efficient and friendly. What more could I ask for. It has been a pleasure dealing with this company.

I purchased a Bruno Elite Straight Rail Stairlift through you and I have to tell you what a lifesaver it has been for me. No more wearing out my body going up and down the stairs and especially no more worry for my family about me injuring myself on the stairs. The two gentlemen who installed it were Mike and Bobby, and they were so very helpful. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They took the time to teach me about the stairlift, gave me a training session and made sure all of my questions were answered. This has given me a new level of independence. Our tech was wonderful. Very kind, great work and left the steps clean.

You did a real good job on installing the scooter lift to our van. Your people where very professional. They did a good job, when they came to our house to make adjustments to the lift & gave good directions about what the lift can do & what it can't do.

I had a new battery replaced in my upstairs chairlift and after the reinstall the chair doesn't always connect in the lower position.

101 Mobility is the place to go. I delt with Sue and Donna the President of the company. They treated me with respect, I needed a chair lift quickly, due my wife coming home from a spinal cord surgery that has left her paralyzed. They measured my stairs on a Monday and Keith installed it on a Wednesday. The installer Keith just like the other people I delt with was very professional, and did an outstanding job with my installation. After he was done trained me how to operate the lift. He went through all the paperwork and warranty info.

As much as I do not like the fact I had to add this to my house 101 Mobility is the place to go. They did make the process easier then I thought it would be. Everything was done the day they promised.

They were very helpful, professional and it was a great experience start to finish.
