From my first contact with 101 Mobility, I was impressed with the representative, Brenda. She walked me through the process, and recommended equipment based on my needs. I was invited to the showroom to test stairlifts, and Brenda explained everything thoroughly. Once I was committed to acquiring a stairlift, Brenda took 3D photos of the staircase to submit to the manufacturer, Bruno. She returned to show me the sketches and have me sign off on the equipment. Then Brenda put in the order. I received an honest estimate of the time it would take to manufacture the stairlift. All the support staff were warm and knowledgeable and kept me apprised of the status of my order. When the equipment arrived, I was given a firm date for the installation. Nathan and David arrived exactly when they said they would, and set right to work, giving me a safe way to navigate my stairs within three hours! The service from 101 Mobility is top notch, and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs mobility equipment!

Brenda the sales re was wonderful. Explained everything so we knew which way we wanted to pay mile the installer was a sweet heart he was friendly and courteous. Lots of fun to talk to both of them!
