Very flexible and easy to work with. Friendly, respectful service. Have always has the items available for rental when I needed them, often on short notice. The location is a little far to drive to pick up items, but it's worth it to save on the delivery fee.

The staff is excellent. Everyone is always friendly and professional and the technicians that come out to service my stair lift are always pleasant and professional and efficient.
I have mine serviced every 6 months for maintenance so that it keeps on running smoothly and it can catch any issues in advance of turning into a big problem.

We needed a ramp quickly due to my adult son's accident. He had to move in with us because he lived in a townhome, but we quickly discovered that our house was not wheelchair accessible either. To make matters worse, my husband had just had arm surgery and couldn't lift his wheelchair up our steps and our son couldn't help since he is unable to use his right arm or leg due to his injuries and surgery. After hearing our situation the individual who did our quote for 101 Mobility came out the next morning in freezing weather to install a ramp so we could get him to his post-op follow up later that afternoon. It was immensely appreciated by us and our son and we want your company to know that we would recommend you to anyone looking for assistance.
