The stair and lift chair are working and meeting our expectations. However the referral program is either slow or is not working. We were referred to your company by Norma & Dale Plank however they has not received any notification of our purchase nor others she has referred to purchase from your company. Please do what you can to rectify this matter.

They built special stairs in garage leading into house for my husband. He needed low steps and railings. Job was done in one day. Stairs are perfect. My husband who uses a walker and is very unstable felt very comfortable and secure as he used the stairs. Great job!!! Super friendly, super professional and I would highly recommend to anyone.

During my initial visit, Laura matched my need and budget and helped me select the best stair lift for my brother. She was most cordial and easy to talk with and kept me informed throughout the procedure.
Jason was just excellent, both with his technical expertise and his "people skills". He engaged with my 90 year old brother during the survey and answered all concerns my brother had. During the installation, Jason thoroughly explained the equipment and it's use. The lift was installed with precise clearances to maximize the useful space in the stairwell. At one point he offered my brother a section of the "rack" gear for hands on inspection, explaining how the Bruno lifts use metal and not plastic.
I recall when Jason was bringing in the lift parts and his tools that he refused to let the outside door stand open between trips, explaining that he did not want "to let the cold (a/c) air out".
101 Mobility was recommended to us by a friend of my brother's and I would surely pass that recommendation along.

This stairlift works very well for our needs. We are very satisfied with it. Very pleased with 101 Mobility! They have provided excellent maintenance on the stairlift. All tech help have been excellent and knowledgeable .

I love my ramp. The company did an excellent job from the first bid to the last screw installed. Everyone was friendly and always ready to answer any questions I might have. I even had a neighbor stop by to tell me how nice it looked. She took a photo of the info label on the side saying she had a family member that might be interested in one.
