Very personable and compassionate. Thank you to the technician that came the day before the appointment, ensuring that my Mom could use the stairlift that night. It would have been very hard to get her upstairs without it. He was very thorough and made sure to repair the chair but also performed much needed maintenance.

Everything! Laura, waiting for me to come look at lifts on Monday, arranging for Jason to come out on Tuesday morning to measure, then having him come back to install my new Bruno. I needed it badly, and they made sure I had my new lift, pronto. I'm SO grateful.

I love it! Then, responding quickly to my concern about the rail with Jason showing up the day I made the call. Rail is fine/great.

This company is fabulous (so far)!!!! Jason did a wonderful job installing the new Bruno, and he and Geoff were so careful in carting out the old heavy rail with nothing damaged in its path.

super easy super fast super professional

101 MOBILITY has come to our rescue more than once, and we have always had professional personnel arrive to take care of the problem. In addition, the service people sent to work on our problems were respectful, polite and personable. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reference.

The company responded to my questions quickly and professionally. The date of the installation it was sleeting here but the installer (I think his name was Jason) came and installed it in those adverse conditions. He did a great job!

We truly appreciate the friendly, efficient services of 101 Mobility, from the Office Manager to the field agent. Both are knowledgeable of the business and willing to help any way they can to keep us mobile and enjoying independent living! We've had our chair lift for three years and highly recommend having Jason come out for annual "routine maintenance". I believe this has been a contributing factor to having NO major issues with the lift.

Installer was fun and friendly to work with. The installation was excellent. I really like the features on the Bruno stair lift. I now have no worries of falling down the stairs.

Even though we got a used ramp it looks and performs as if band new. It is so easy for my boyfriend to use and has made a huge difference in his confidence and ability to navigate from house to car. The installation was fast and professionally done. Installer was knowledgeable, polite and answered all our questions.

Products are high quality. Everyone involved was very professional. All did a fantastic job. Laura went above and beyond. I was looking for someone to remove a ramp from my old residence, when calling companies inquiring if they do that, most basically said no and hung up, not Laura. She explained the reasoning based on the manufacturer. She offered to check with management to see if they would be willing. We exchanged numerous phone calls, emails and texts before I decided it was easier to hire a handyman. Because Laura took the extra time to speak with me, I chose 101Mobility 9 months later to install a new ramp in my new house. Brad meet me at the incomplete house and figured it all out. I should mention the ramp is my garage. At the time the garage was full of large boxes and other construction items, unable to be moved. The ramp setup fits perfectly. After much thought I decided also to have a stair lift installed by you, great choice. Will use you for any future mobility needs and definitely recommend you to anyone else.
