The technician made a great impression. He was very friendly, courteous, and well prepared. He had all the parts required on hand, diagnosed problems quickly and even explained all that he. I am so sorry I cannot remember his name, because he mad such a great impression on me.
Employees like him are hard to find and are vital to a company's success.
Also communication with me was impressive from start to finish.
I would have had to sell the house and move to a single floor plan. The LIFT is great, Couldn't live here without it. It gives me a chance to meditate for 1 minute each way . It is also a cargo hauler. The last service rep explained to me the dust particles he cleaned up.. Thanks for the product and service.
Signed contract for lift on July 12th, 2022, Lift installed January 12th, 2023. If I hadn't cut the holes in my floors I would have cancelled my order. That said, other than the supply chain issues, both. Stiltz and their distributor, 101 Mobility, have been great. Once the lift arrived, it was installed in three days by a very professional crew. It works great, first job was moving luggage from floor-to-floor preparing for a trip. Bought lift in anticipation of older age but lift is making daily chores much easier. Quality product.
We just installed a Bruno Elan chairlift. It is wonderful! At first, my mom did not want to use it, but, has been using it steadily. The unit is compact and does allow for room on the stairs so that we can still use them, runs rather smoothly on the rail, easy to operate and does not look bad. The installer, Cody, was pleasant, very professional, conscientious (it was a rainy day and he took off his shoes when he entered our home), answered all our questions during installation and made sure we knew everything about it before he left our house. I will be able to comment on this unit more once we've been using it a while. For now, we are thrilled we decided to install one in our house!
The service team in East Tennessee provided AMAZING customer service. The Bruno lift we purchased in 11/2021 is ESSENTIAL for my parents DAILY. My Dad called me at 4:25 pm on 12/23 - a Friday. The chair stopped working that afternoon. I live 4 hours away. This is the first and only problem we've experienced. I called the sales and service number(s) right away and left message. The service manager Jason based in Johnson City area called me back within about 15 minutes, I relayed the problem. He contacted the local service man Cody, located in Cleveland, TN. My parents home is in Spring City, TN - 45 mins to 60Mins away. Cody arrived by 6:30 pm and took care of the issue. As it turned out- the problem was a disconnected lead from the battery charger, he fixed that, did some basic maintence on the system, the battery was fully charged shortly and by the next morning back to normal just in time for Christmas Eve.
I cant say enough how impressed and how much we appreciate 101 Mobility!

i had done online research, and knew that the product was one of the best. I got 101 Mobility from their dealer list. Having being burned in the past with online reviews, I checked them with the BBB and found they had an A+ rating.
When I called they set an appointment for s specialist to come to my ho e. He arrived on time, was very helpful. They then set up an install, the technician arrive and installed the stairlift. He was very good with my wife and me. He explained all the ins and outs, and would not leave until we both were comfortable with the product
Everyone that I-we delt with were great.
Customer service has been great. Everyone has been courteous and helpful. The office personnel processed our request very quickly. Chris explained the best options to us, and Cody did a great job on the installation. This has been one of the best home improvement experiences we have ever had.
Have loved my chairs from the beginning. I’m handicapped and feel I really couldn’t function without them.
The service men are always outstanding, knowledgeable and kind. Yesterday one of my chairs needed repair. Chris came on spur of the moment and repaired my chair. He couldn’t have been kinder, and knew immediately what had to be done. The company is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and kind employee.
