The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and answered any and all questions we had. We couldn't have asked for better service from my first call through installation. They have even come back to check on the unit, just to make sure everything is as it should be. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for mobility products.

The chair lift is a wonderful way for my mother to get up and down the stairs. It’s easy to operate and built quite sturdy.

It is expensive to repair once it’s out of warranty though.

The techs were great to work with, very flexible to make changes that were required to get the job done correctly. The front office was easy to work with. the material took time to get but that was due to supply chain issues, but once they had it , it was installed in a timely manner.

Doug our installer was great to work with and he did an excellent job. Salesperson Christina and the office staff were quick to answer the phones, polite and professional.

Nice people that worked with me and it seems to make my mom happy, the only thing I wish was that the chair automatically turned at the top for her to get off and went back to it's resting place versus the pull up lever and manual twist/turn for her to face the top to get out a d have to manually turn it back, she has trouble remembering she has to pick up the lever to turn it and she tends to forget to put it back into the resting position.

Professional response when I called. I was advised I would receive a return call about when a technician could come. The return call was timely. The technician was able to come the next day. He was timely, wore a mask, identified the problem and was able to repair. Afterward he showed me the repair and explained what had happened. Awesome service, very professional technician

We had a concern about our Bruno stairlift. A serviceman was on the way in less than 4 hours. It had needed a few minor adjustments after 2 1/2 years of constant use. Kudos to 101 Mobility and Bruno starilifts.
