I had the best service I have ever received by anyone when I called Jerrad Craine at around 2:00am on a Saturday morning after I had flooded in my dining room and kitchen from torrential rains that evening. I'm sure I woke the poor guy up but he could not have been nicer. I felt that the faster someone started working on the problem, the more likely I could save my hardwood flooring. His assistant was just as nice and helpful but I just can't remember his name.. They were from the Flowood, MS group. Great guys.
