Perfect start to finish!
This transaction wasn't easy. There had to be an escrow set up for a new septic installation which couldn't be installed until after settlement. Adrienne was phenominal - guiding us, advising us, being patient with us as we waited for the estimates (came down to the wire!) LOVE working with Trident! :)
