I recently had the pleasure of working with Debra Cianci, Robert Scott, and Bettyanne Samarco on a challenging two-week closing involving two properties: a residential condominium at Center City One at Broad and Spruce Street and a deeded parking space owned by a separate company affiliated with the estate which was also located at Center City One Condominium.
From start to finish, Debra, Robert, and Bettyanne did an exceptional job staying on top of every detail and keeping the transaction moving forward. The title work was completed quickly, and Debra and Robert maintained constant communication with me throughout the process, which gave me tremendous confidence that everything was being handled efficiently and professionally.
On the day of settlement, we discovered that an essential document had been inadvertently omitted from the seller's side. Debra, Robert, and Bettyanne immediately consulted with one another and worked quickly and efficiently to obtain the missing document. Thanks to their teamwork and dedication, we were able to resolve the issue and complete both settlements as scheduled.
Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the job done were truly outstanding. I sincerely appreciate the tremendous team effort and everything they did to make what could have been a very complicated transaction a smooth and successful one.
