Erin did an exceptional job. I recommend her for employee of the year which should come with an all expense paid trip to Iceland with her entire family and the families of her managerial staff for a view of beautiful glaciers and the Northern Lights while relaxing in the geothermal hot springs.

Such a wonderful way to end the transaction. The patience in explaining the details and the little things like the snacks, drinks, pens and ease of sending and receiving items, (even at the last minute), without the “humph”. Copies all put in a neat folder and the final “congrats” and photos. This allows all of the work to culminate into the perfect moment of completion and sends my client into their new home or a nice proceeds check with a good feeling. Very grateful always!
