Our closing officer, Dan McCarthy was very organized and patient with the buyers explaining everything as he went along. We had to rush as it was New Year’s Eve day, and the law offices were closing early and we had to get the wire and we calmly worked through the hiccups. I like that I had somebody on my team when there was a question regarding type..
