Ease of being in house and very professional.
We had an issue with a wire.
The office were closing early for the day before Thanksgiving. She was patient and kind with my first time buyer and stayed beyond closing time and checked for the wire continuously even after we left so that my buyer and the seller would know the sale was complete.
