Taylor cut my hair. She was professional, informative, friendly and cared about cutting my hair the way I wanted it cut. She did not rush.

Kate is the only one in waterloo since I moved here (and I have tried others) that gets the cut right and looks good. She is a wonderful ambassador for the store. They have a great friendly staff that know there stuff in a cool atmosphere especially if there is a good game on. I was unsure about sport clips as I thought it meant sporty hair cuts but it is for the man cave they have created. I highly recommend it...

The service was amazing, people that work there are extremely friendly and skilled in their field. Best part they listen and can understand what I wanted done to my hair. Plus $5 beard trims is a big plus.
