I have used two Platinum Performance products, the PP Gentle and PP Tranquility. I use the Gentle for everyday use and the Tranquility for "high-stress" situations for my horse, and these products do exactly what they are advertised to do. I have a formerly sored Tennessee Walker who is terrified of people, even after having been out of the show industry for 9 years. He is hyper-aware of his surroundings and if he weren't on these products, he would literally pace himself to skin and bones. He gets so freaked out that he won't eat. In 45 years of owning horses, I have never had a horse like this one. Within 24 hours of starting the Gentle, he calmed down markedly. He no longer paces his stall (or the pasture), and his appetite has bounced back and he's gaining weight. We used the Tranquility before his last trim (he used to require either IV sedation or dormosedan gel) and we were done in 15 minutes with absolutely no problems. I would definitely recommend this product!
