I like Platinum products because they seem to work. I have noticed a significant difference their coats they seem to glow more since I've been adding the skin and allergy to their food. I've always fed good quality non supermarket brands of food and their coat where good but we saw a difference after adding this product. Have also had occasion that I had to use the bio-sponge and it worked faster than my usual home remedies.
Very friendly customer service, easy to order, auto-shipment comes on time, and my horses look great while they are on this product!
First of all you can't beat your customer service. I have used the live chat feature multiple times, probably with some rather stupid questions but every person I have talked to is beyond helpful and friendly. Your products are amazing I love that they are all made fresh so you don't have to worry about them sitting in someone's warehouse for a year. I have used platinum on miy horse, my dog and my cat. My horse you can physically see a difference, his coat is shiny and soft but it's also seemed to help his allergies. He is running over a half second faster just after a few weeks. My cat, well she's 22 years old so that right there says something. Before I put her on platinum he was very lethargic and didn't eat very well. After I started her on platinum she was back to wandering around meowing at everyone, clawing at the dogs and she probably gained 2 pounds which is quite a bit for a 7 pound cat.

They are the best and you have so many products to choose from for whatever need.
It gives the dogs great shiny coats. I do mushing with my Alaskan Huskies and Dog Agility with my Border Collies an they have great stamina for doing dog sports. Helps all the dogs keep active an healthy they range in age from 7.5 months to 12.5 years. Easy to feed mix it into their food with a Tablespoon of yogurt an they chow it down. Will keep using it as long as I own dogs great product.

I'm only using Metabolic Support at this time and have found in a RIP horse that this product does work for Cushings and/or IR.

My half border collie female always had hunks of hair falling from her coat. She didn't look bald and her coat didn't look bad but she shed a lot. Since she's been on Platinum Performance on a daily basis for several months, her fur is beautiful, softer and she doesn't shed nearly as much. I think it has also helped her joints and stiffness.
