My horses have been on Platinum Equine for years and they are sound, have beautiful coats and are in wonderful health. Several years ago one of my quarter horses began to break out in hives in early spring and was on meds on and off for months. My vet then suggested I try Platinum Skin & Allergy as I was not happy about having to give my horse dex shots and pills on a regular basis. As much as I am such an advocate of Platinum I really didn't have a whole lot of hope this would work since his hives were so bad. After getting him started I haven't seen a hive in two years! I start him in early April and continue it through September. I feel so confident that I am giving my horses the best supplements there is to offer and I always highly recommend Platinum to everyone I speak with about supplements.

My 27 year old appendix qh looks like he's 15 yo. He came to me at age 14 and was put on platinum performance from day one. Now he's going through some radical personality changes. He was diognosed with PPID 2 years ago. He had become outright dangerous with his anxiety & wasn't enjoying life. I was so afraid he would hurt me ( unintentionally ) and riding him was out of the question. I missed our trail rides so bad.
I called your customer service for advice on which product might benefit him to calm him down. Your rep was wonderful! We went over all your calming products & chose one that works so well. I can now walk around the corner of his stall without him bolting & running me over. He's still lively & we have gone on three short rides ponying my burro. IT WORKS! My sixteen year old mare has some mild arthritis in her hocks and was difficult to shoe as standing on three legs caused her pain and she would slam the leg down that the farrier was holding. Not a happy farrier! She was also unhappy with walking up and down hills. My vet and my sister, who is also a vet, recommended Platinum. Now my farrier is happy.He reports that she is calm and very flexible in her hind legs. Also, she is much more "go-y" and full of energy, like when she was much younger. I have recommended Platinum to every one I know who has any similar issues with their horse.
