Customer service and quality of the products
We use Platinum performance for both our horses and our dogs who require additional support for their joint and love it. We have noticed an improvement with all of them. Not to say they all love the taste and their coats looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

The Platinum Performance wellness formula keeps my horses healthy and their coats glowing. I have used it for years. My gelding has issues with allergies - constantly watering eyes and irritated midline and sheath. This year I started the allergy & skin formula and that has helped tremendously. He now has a normal midline and his eyes are clear.

My horse has been on Platinum Performance 12 years. A friend purchased him when he was 6 years old and I purchased him from her when he was 13. He is now 18 or 19, a (not registered) Tennessee Walker. In all the time that I have known Beau, he has never been sick, or never been off in his gait. I ride trails with Conejo Open Space Foundation’s Trail Watch. We ride alone or with another rider. We talk to hikers and bikers who share our trails. Beau loves to stop and talk especially to children. He is a great example of a Senior Horse in excellent condition. We ride two or three times a week. I am a Senior Rider so Beau is a perfect match for my trail riding.

The product is easy to feed and the horses like it! I have 4 pastured horses that are fed together. Trying to get each horse to eat their own supplement can be very difficult. But not with Platinum.

I've only purchased one of your products --Platinum Balance-- and it resolved a really nasty hind-gut issue that appeared inexplicably all of a sudden last fall. The only trigger that my vet (who is affiliated with the University of Minnesota) could figure out was that I had wormed my horse right before fall shots, a combination which appears to have wiped out the good probiotics in her hind gut area. The problem took literally months to fully resolve in a horse that is otherwise really healthy. What finally worked was Balance. I had tried other probiotics which didn't work. Needless to say, my mare and I are both grateful.
