Your customer service is outstanding! FedEx sent my shipment to the wrong house and you guys overnighted my horse’s probiotic to me so that he wouldn’t need to go without it. I didn’t even have to ask, it was the first thing out of their mouth when I said the package was lost! My horse is even in intensive care at the hospital currently for a rectal tear, but even the vets don’t want him off your product! I've been using this product on my yorkie for a couple of years. He is almost eleven and I think it has helped his joints. He had to have his right acl repaired in June of this year and he is back running around like nothing ever happened. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep their pet healthy and avtive.
I think it has helped my horse heal from a broken bone but he’s a pocket eater. I have to mix in apple sauce for him to eat it. I wish it was in pellet form!
I have a 28 year old Oldenburg gelding who was bred & foaled at our farm in NJ. He's my

I use Platinum CJ. I like that I have a supplement to help my Reined Cow Horse maintain healthy joints. It also helps him maintain a beautiful shine to his coat.

I love the products. I do have to say they are overpriced - do away with the fancy advertisement magazines and perhaps you could make it more affordable. There are many other formulas from PP that I'd like to try, but it is simply way too pricey.
We use the Ortho Chon and my Mother at 91 1/2 swears that is why she is still walking. No walker no nothing. Navigates herself. It is a wonderful product. First used 20+ years ago on my old Arabian gelding who was having joint challenges and sometimes falling down. It extended his life and use....and he was happy! I think that all of the products are great for us and for our animals.

I love platinum performance! I have been using it now for about a year and it will forever be my standard “go-to” supplement. I breed, raise and show so it’s important to me that I have a supplement that will support a variety of horses with a variety of needs.
I've basically used mainly the canine CJ formula as recommended by my vet for my previous dog & then Lulu when I rescued her as she had had a knee injury at some point in her life.
I also use the beta lipox. Both products have met expectations plus they are easy to order & arrive in a timely fashion.
