Not sure I will be using any longer although my vet recommended Bio Sponge. The Platinum Service is very BAD. Have had many horses for many years and believed your products are over priced and expensive to ship and this backs me belief.
On December 15 I tried to order Bio Sponge and have a credit card withdrawal of $140.55 on that date.
Maybe you should ask about your problems. Very difficult to log into and order products.
