Platinum Performance Canine CJ was recommended by our vet for our 6 1/2 year old Scottish Terrier. He developed crippling arthritis in his spine and hips. We started it immediately along with a NSAID for pain. Within a month he was much improved and we were able to slowly wean him off the NSAID to a small dose 1x day. Toby is now 10 1/2 and continues on the Platinum Plus and is no longer taking any NSAIDS.
I love what they do for me and my horses. I take longevity and the wellness powder and love how I feel. I definitely feel it when I don't take it or skip a day.
For my horses, this is the only supplement I'll give them and it's the only one they will eat. I've tried hundreds of different brands and they won't eat it so I would end up spending more time by mixing it and standing over them to make sure they ate it. With the equine wellness they gobble it down with out mixing!

We took in a pregnant mare that had suffered from several incidents of founder in the past and had a hard time walking. After being seen by a Vet. for the first time in her life, she was diagnosed with Laminitis. On the recommendation of our Vet. I contacted Platinum Performance and purchased the CJ supplement, as well as the Chromium Yeast, which has been a big help in improving her overall health and returning her back to being sound with new hoof tissue that is growing beautifully. We also have a beautiful six-month old foal named Piccolo, who is also enjoying the benefits of Platinum Performance Equine formula and on her way to being a strong healthy horse that we absolutely adore! :-)
I really like the portion packs and the colic protection.
What I do wish was a little better was the timing of the shipments. My shipment usually arrives while I have 3 weeks of packs left to feed. My horse gets 1 pack daily and I refill 2 months at a time. I really hate storing the box for 3 weeks before I can use the product because I am still using up the prior shipment.
