Everything. Really. Your customer service is exceptional! This makes ordering or changing orders so easy and hassle free. I dont know how long I’ve been Platinum customer but it has become a staple in both my horses and dog’s diet. Other than seasonal allergies my animals don’t have any pre-existing conditions but I am a believer in preventative maintenance. I love that Platinum is backed by science and years of research. My thoroughbred developed some seasonal allergies a few years ago and his tail hair started to fall out at the dock (along with the usual cough, dull coat, and other symptoms). I had only been feeding 1 scoop per day of Platinum Performance but decided to up him to 2 scoops as well as add in Platinum Skin and Allergy and it made all the difference. Within weeks his tail not only stopped balding but you could see new hair growth and the cough went away. I now start adding Skin and Allergy about a month before allergy season and my horse has not had any issues since. I often get asked how my horses are so shiney all of the time and always credit it to Platinum. I love love love Platinum products and would recommend them to anyone.
