I really love the customer service. Always prompt and courteous. As for the product itself, I have used on every horse I have owned the past 20 years with the same consistent results of beautiful hair coat, mane and tail growth, hoof health and general body condition. I would like to know if there is a suggested feeding method for a more finicky eater. The horse I just bought seems to be more particular about his feed and I am struggling a bit to get him to finish the grain with the platinum powder as he doesn't get that much grain. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

My horse is doing so well on Platform Performance GI and Platinum Steady. He has been on PPGI for a long time. He developed headshaking last summer and is completely free of symptoms since he started on Steady.

I use GI grain, CJ grain, Hoof Support, and Metabolic Support. My horses are all in the best shape of their lives. The products are high quality and preform as advertised. I also have Packs for one of my Mimi gildings that keeps his Lamanitis under control. I highly recommend all of their products.
The oil keeps my old horse through the winter months.

In both your quarterly publication and your calendar very famous + talented riders on very very beautiful + athletic horses are featured doing very amazing performances! However,I am a back yard hacker riding a cute 13.3 mule (by the way together we are just 1 1/2 years away from the Century Back Yard Hacking Foundation). Uh-oh, I was advised due to the pandemic there was a shortage of product! Now when I see your have customers who order by the 50# drums, I'm thinking it's going to be a long wait. Still somehow/someway Caitlin and Abby were able to get our Platinum Performance GI to us in time. They did not stop there. No. Because the Metabolic Support was also unavailable they sent Chromium Yeast to (hopefully) hold us over until the Metabolic Support is available. Now that is Customer Service. Shipping on the other hand...even before COVID - which I aware has been unnecessarily crippling to your business - needs to improve dramatically. Being on the East Coast, I was often told the difficulty distance related and when MD opened things would be much more timely. So far I have not had the experience of more timely service from the facility in MD.
