This is a great product and I would have given it a ten but the shipping process is sorely lacking. I am still waiting for my shipment from March 29 (shipped) and will be out of supplements by tomorrow. I have continually had to call to ask for expedited shipment. Once there was a mistake where I received one a partial order. I called and it was corrected. I just am ready to go to smart park if this shipment issue cannot gt resolved. I get many MANY deliveries from federal express without issue so I am not sure why this keeps occurring
