I recently called Platinum looking for advice for a problem with my dog. I already use Platinum CJ for my horse. The advisor I spoke with consulted with another advisor & we came up with a product to try on our dog. It's slow working to fix our problem so I'll continue to use it as recommended.

I have been using the Canine and Equine products.
The Canine product seems to be working great and helping to elevate allergy related issues in one of my pups. The price point and volume is good.
The Equine product has been fine. My gelding doesn’t care for the supplement- or maybe just the apple flavor (it smells wonderful!) but our mare loves it! I don’t think the cost is worth the product as there are several comparable products in different price points.

I only use the one product, Bio-Sponge for Canines and it has been quite helpful in controlling what we (the vet and I) think is geriatric IBS in my 15 1/2 year old dog. This product as well as a cooked diet and probiotics has reduced the frequency of her IBS.
I would also say that the times I have had to make a call to the company with questions. there has been very minimal wait time, I have talked with informed staff who have been very helpful in answering my question.
