My veterinarian told me that your company is the only company that he could trust that what you say is on the label is really what is in your supplements. He said that it is so hard to find a company who actually puts exactly what they say they are putting in their supplements, but he felt very comfortable to recommend Platinum Performance for my horse, Ranger.

My dog loves her supplement and I especially appreciate the customer service. Recently, our one year old chocolate lab managed to chew the top off of the container and consumed way too much of her Platinum Performance Plus for one day. I called and spoke with Meghan who was awesome and a wonderful support, offering me advice as to what we might anticipate and what to watch for to make sure Amazing Grace remains amazing, including Meghans follow up call to inquire on how Gracie was doing. As Meghan warned, Gracie certainly did have a significant increase in "bowel activity", however we were relieved to see that she did not have extreme diahhrea...just one days worth of "thorough colon cleansing" and bloat! Gracie bounced back just fine and we have been reminded that the container does in fact tell us to keep the product away from pets and children...especially chocolate lab pups who can chew through a bank vault left unattended! Great customer service and product!
I use gentle on my horse that was traumatized by a cougar and this is the only thing that has worked on him.

I have a 4 1/2 year old TB off the track one year . She came with Capped hocks and a stiff back leg. I started feeding Platinum Performance she has no more capping in her hocks and her stiffness is gone. Her coat is so bright and she has Dapples ( she is a black bay) I love you product and I have added several of my stable mates to Platinum Performance . Keep up the good work , Name removed

I have tried many supplements for my horse over the years. They did indeed seem to benefit his well being but never made a huge difference. I e-mailed PP and advised my issues. I was assigned a consultant and was surprised when I received a prompt reply answering all my questions and concerns in a clear and honest manner. I decided to give the PP Cj a try for my horse.
I do not own a high dollar performance horse. He is just my Biscuit. I live in NOwhere Ca and I a nobody in the horse industry.
Intially my horse would not eat the PP CJ.
Much to my surprise my purchase price was refunded immediately. I was not required to ship the product back to PP to get my refund. In addition my consultant sent my some flavored samples to try for him !!!!!!
I nearly fell out of my chair ! What excellent customer service in this day and age !
My consultant also followed up with me by e-mail after shipping the samples at NO cost to me !
We did indeed find a flavor that he loves (Spice) and I decided to do a 30 day trial to see how my horse does on this supplement. I ran out and she shipped me more samples !!!
Most important, this is working for him !! I am thrilled !!!!!!!
I hesitate to say this, my consultant is Emily Smith. Please do not send her tons of e-mails about YOUR horses because then she won't have time for me !!!
So to the point. What do I like about PP products:
customer service - my questions and concerns answered in a reasonable time frame, consultant willing to bend over backwards to help me, seems really concerned about my issues !!
business practices - you are willing to stand behind your product !
quality- I notice you actually state the expiration date !
results - I see a HUGE difference, it WORKS !
I have advised over 10 folks about this product. I do NOT get any discount,rebate etc..I am not a dealer and do not plan to become a dealer. If you have tried oral supplements in the past and have not tried PP, I truly suggest you give the PP products a try and see if they work for you.
