Consistency, GREAT customer service & prompt shipping. We ran out of the CJ for a week once (my fault) and the change was very noticeable in my horse. I am more than convinced the ingredients help him and his joints. We are now on Auto Ship!
I can't believe the fast shipping. So far my horse has only been on it a few weeks but I'm hoping for results.
I really do like the fact that PP is "all in one." While I do believe that most horses require a little extra of one supplement or another, PP covers just about everything so you don't have to load up on so many different supplements. Having so many different supplements can be confusing and costly. In this regard, I really appreciate the written material PP provides which details what the products contain. It is a good value for what I need AND both horses are doing amazingly well on the products...THE most important thing!
I trust that they do what they say they do based on the recommendations of my friends. I have only had my horse on Platinum Performance for about 1 month so it's too early to tell you how it is benefitting him yet.
My horse's general condition and state of mind has improved dramatically. He has been able to stay at a good weight, his coat is sleek and shiny, and he is much calmer and able to focus. My vet suggested Platinum Performance last year my horse had scratches. It cleared up and he has been fine ever since. Although I hated the scratches episode, it was worth the inconvenience because it introduced me to Platinum Performance.
My gelding is finally growing more hoof. It is slow but steady.

It has helped my horses in a number of ways.. My 3 Mares are 17 and up in age. We playday and it keeps them healthier during the season. I feel like their digestive tract is heathier which helps their overall health. I have been using the product for 3 yrs

My horse has responded well to your equine nutrition. She had suffered many bouts of colic over the past five years. Our equine vet recommended altering her feeding schedule to include Platinum Performance while reducing "sweet feed" options. The Performance product really turned my horse's coat around. For months he suffered from a full body rash that I was finally able to get rid of. I met one of your reps at Equine Affaire in Columbus and she recommended I try the product. I started him on it and soon had him back to a beautiful mane and coat. I've also used Ortho Chom Ii which helps him as a performance horse. I am a Platinum client for life!
