All of our equines at Smiling Cat Farm are on Platinum, as are our dogs! Our two rescue babies have beautiful gleaming coats, strong hooves and are keeping weight much better and easier. Our two rescue mammoth donkeys are filling out beautifully and looking healthier every day. Everyone is keeping great weight this winter, including our usually hard keeper 20+ year old appaloosa, who even grew a winter coat for the first time this year! Both he and my 16 year old mare show and trail ride regularly off property, and with the CJ they both never take a wrong step - even at their ages!! I did research prior to purchasing Platinum Performance. However, I have only been using the product for a month, thus it is too early to say with certainty that I am "all in" in support of its claims.

Though very expensive, ordering is a friendly, easy process; delivery is prompt and direct to the barn so I don't have to plan too far ahead; and I have a consensus among boarders and our veterinarian that the product I use - Platinum w/CJ, does have a positive effect on the horse's joint health. That helps me as well as the horses feel better.
They work! I am getting the same supplements in one very easy to open packet for nearly $200 less per horse than I paid for similar supplements from SmartPak. I have 7 horses, so the differe4nce between under $400/month for Platinum Performance vs. nearly $1600/month for the same supplements in SmartPaks represents a HUGE savings. From the very first day I fed Platinum Performance, all 7 of my horses readily ate the supplements with their usual grain and hay, finishing every bit of their food, so they obviously like the taste of Platinum Performance. We have had difficulty keeping weight on our 33 year old; one month on Platinum Performance, and he is finally filling out really nicely, so much that we have even started to cut back his food intake now to keep him from becoming overweight! He is also moving more fluidly (willingly trotting and cantering now), where he had once been so stiff he could barely walk--all these improvements in the middle of Winter, too! The product has worked well for my horse and the customer service is fantastic.
My horse was allergic to something when I gave the Platinum CJ. My high rating goes to the proactive customer service. I'll try the joint supplement as an alternative and maybe try the CJ again later.

Many supp companies are pharm. in nature, but the real-world use of PP at Alamo Pint. is awesome to me. The literature that shows the clinical trials and whitepapers published around their development is also unique.

Platinum performance vitamins for both my Horses & my dogs have helped them tremendously. I have an older warmblood broodmare that is a hard keeper. She just glistens when on Platinum Performance.
The platinum CJ has helped our older horse. The skin product has helped our horse with skin allergies.
