Easy to use, and effective. I have one of my horses on the Platinum CJ, and he is sounder for longer periods of time since he has been on it. And everyone is always so nice in the phones.
I was feeding 4 other supplements, after just 20 days or so we noticed a big improvement in coat and body condition. Our 21 year QH gelding is still ridden daily, so we chose the CJ formula, we love the spice formula so does he, we love he get all his nutritional needs in one packet 2 times daily. I noticed an immediate difference in my horse after starting Platinum Performance. Their mane, tails and coat got really shiny! Several of my friends have noticed how fit my horse looks and said they were going to put their horses on it. I like the ease of use, just open the pre measured package and poor it over the food. My horse likes the taste because he licks his feed bin clean!

I have had good results with your products, putting weight on my horse after being diagnosed with Cushings and being 23 years old. I never have a problem with shipping or in any other way. The products are high quality and your service is the absolute best! I can talk to a real person who is knowledgable and you guys even follow up to see how your products are working out, and to be of further help if more needs to be done or something else needs to be tried. I have hardly ever written to a company to compliment them on anything but I HAD to write and tell you what a great job you are doing. Without good customer service, I don't think you have a company that's going to be around long, let alone a great company, and you do have it! All the girls I've dealt with are wonderful! One supplement helps maintain weight on our geldings and broodmares through our Montana winters, address fertility issues in an aged broodmare, "perk up" our old Mustang with probable Cushings disease. Your customer service is phenomenal. I appreciate the email reminders for my auto shipments and the pleasant customer service reps who allow me to change my shipment dates as needed ( frequently).
