There is a glitch in the automatic shipment part of the computer shipment. Tried to postpone, got confirmation yet product still shipped. Happened earlier this year. This time no email, got an email with an invoice, charged my cc, no shipment.
Staff is very kind and helpful in resolving issues with this.
