What's not to say...they met my clients needs and totally exceeded my expectations. I would not consider any other company to stage a luxury home. I like the Laura is the objective, outside professional that comes in and really educates the seller on what and WHY we are doing certain things. Laura is on the same page as me on the importance of the overall presentation of a home, and we work well as a team. I thought the condo looked great when the staging was complete. We were able to get it staged quickly. We had a narrow window to work in to remove the furniture when it was under contract and that worked out well. The only thing I was disappointed about was the length of time between the staging and the broker's open house.
We strongly believe our home sold sooner because of the staging. We had a unique room to stage, and I was impressed with the accessibility Showhomes had to furniture and decorations which beautifully complimented an otherwise bare open space, and something the other companies could not offer.
