They immediately addressed all of my questions and made many suggestions. We had lived in the house for 17 years and raised three boys. We had made updates along the way (just very busy) but they were very precise as to what I needed to remove from the house, paint (I used their recommended painter) and gave me a deadline which helped tremendously! They restyled a lot of my furniture - places in different places, brought in other furniture, art, accessories. It looks like a totally new house- fresh, modern and neat. Most importantly, it took the stress off of me! They are truly professionals and I will use them again regardless if selling a home or not. The only downside is now my husband wants to make sure Nancy approves before we buy ANYTHING! Totally recommend- 10/10. Our realtor increased our listing price due to the updates and staging done by Showhomes.
