Friendly/knowledgeable staff. I have only done the intake evaluation with Quinn at this point but felt like I got a lot of good information just from that.
Overall excellent personal training and physical therapy. Consistently excellent advisory and support. Currently getting training with Zach Brol, who took my goals very seriously, and is doing everything in his power to help me to meet those goals. He consistently challenges me to go beyond what I think is possible and I have already exceeded my own expectations. For example, I have improved my running time by almost an entire minute at the exact same distance within 2-3 weeks time span of a newer routine. He is constantly evaluating and re-evaluating the methodology/exercise program so he is giving 100 percent every step of the way. Clearly a trainer who knows what to do to get results, and works very hard to get the best from clients. Thank you very much for hard work and excellence in training!!
Jeff Schaeffer is polite, friendly, professional, an expert on the client's training needs, and amenable to being flexible with scheduling- also being easy to contact and very prompt in communications. Your physical therapy department is also the best in the area. CB
My Vasta trainer keeps me on track to achieve my personal goals, and ensures that I do every exercise correctly. He also works in conjunction with my Vasta physical therapist to align my exercise program with my rehabilitation plan as I am overcoming a serious injury.
Vasta is clean, the trainers are really well educated and they have a plethora of innovative methods and equipment.

I like the assessment that leads to a plan to achieve goals. The exercises are tailored to the individual and their goals. I like my coach that is actively engaged throughout the entire process that includes monitoring form used during exercises to logging performance metrics.
I like how I always feel I’m moving forward. My trainer is very adept at working through my setbacks ( shoulder pain, low energy) and encouraging me to see how far I’ve come.
