Customer service is GREAT!!! Water is great!!We order bottled water and it's funny watching our cats,they will only drink water from the dispenser! If I use tap water they won't drink it😂 Delivery personnel are friendly, I really appreciate not having to haul those big bottles,well worth the price.

We expected a service charge but they checked our softener as a courtesy. We really appreciated that since it was just due to a power outage caused by our remodeling project. They weren’t here very long and they still could have charged for an hour of service if they chose to do so. Thanks so much.
