New water softener did not work after installation. Technician did a great job of troubleshooting, but ended up having to come back and replace it. Technician did a good job of communicating and work was completed in a timely manner.
Salt delivery is a plus.

Excellent customer service! Brent did a fantastic job fixing our leak on Thanksgiving morning and he went above and beyond by replacing the large cylinder salt holder with a compact rectangular one.
