Honesty and friendly service
I am pleased with the service and knowledge of your technicians but it seems I never get the same one twice. Every time I ask for one, or refer to one of them, it's always "they've moved on."
Appears to be a drastic turnover in help in the last 3 years. I have a high efficiency softener and mineral tank I bought four years ago, and so far am very pleased with it. especially the low salt and mineral usage.
As usual, the delivery of salt was timely and individual noted when arriving in home. They made sure to come later in day as requested -- so that was awesome. Appreciate this service as I could never lift those bags. Thank you!!

I like the convenience of the filtered water and the water softener. We recently had our yearly service done by Riley and he was FANTASTIC! He came back to our house within an hour of the appointment to make sure our filtered water was working correctly. He was easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Riley and Culligan Water of Tomah.

We have a cabin and only need service once a year, yet Culligan treats us like a regular customer. The technician is informative and friendly and the office staff had to change the date of our service and they were very helpful too. I would recommend them in an instance!
