I like the monthly fee including salt so it’s easy to budget.
I'd never be without Culligan Water. The delivery folks are always polite and efficient. The only thing that could make it better would be for it to be free...lol. Culligan Water was already installed in my home when I bought it in 1979 and I've had it every day since. I still say that the reason I've only had ONE new water heater in all those years is because Culligan Water keeps the heater CLEANER. I recommend it whenever I can.

our product water softner is rented by the month so culligan delivers salt . Culligan also does the maintenance.
Culligan has been a a good investment for us. The water softner been a good investment as well as the reverse osmosis system. The service has been great and the serviceman has been very proficient and personable.
The home delivery and service is the part we like. We do not haul salt, especially as we get older and have back issues. And we do not maintain the equipment on our own, as that is the service provided by Culligan.
We constantly get remarks about how good our water tastes and how clear our ice cubes are.

Products work as they should.our old system stopped working. After the new system was installed. It was even better than before. The service from when arrived for the testing up to the installation. Was very knowledgeable, professional and very fast and clean.
A bag of salt was apprently added to my softner but for some reason the whole house filter was not replaced despite me having left the replacement on top of the salt tank. Other than that apparently everything went well and the old filter wont plug before the next visit and yes, Culligan installed the filter housing when the softner was installed some years back.

Culligan is a very reputable company. When we lived in Pewaukee, WI for 25 years, we had Culligan's filtration system, routine salt delivery and Water Softener system. For the last 1.5 years, we've been having monthly delivery of bottled water. We are planning to build in 2025, so upon completion of the build, we will be contacting Culligan to have a Water Softener system, Filtration system, plus routine salt delivery.
