We like the regular delivery of salt and the quality of the softener.
But, most of all, the person who fixed our problem on 2/28/25 was excellent, and he fixed an issue that we had had for months with not being able to get online with Culligan.
He was meticulous in his work and was extremely patient while he fixed our problem.
So glad to have our water softener back online.

I am disappointed in the frequency of the salt delivery. With my new system, I am going through salt more frequently and I run out of salt. I have to bring it up there when i stay at the place
The product gives me peace of mind that I no longer have stained clothing, orange hair, or rings in the toilets. The service techs, Shawn are great at explaining how the system works and what to report if something changes. Keeps me up to date on any changes that could improve the system.

We are overall very happy with our service from Culligan Water of Winona. It would be nice if the team who delivers the salt would remove their shoes or wear shoe covers. The last person just walked right in with shoes on. This should be something the whole team should adopt if they haven’t.
