Efficient, straight forward. 90%+ of the time I'm happy with the haircut. Sports on TV close at hand is big bonus.

Remote check-in app is somewhat confusing and really useless if you're 30 mins away from your location.

I don't normally get the VIP package but it is good I really like the fact that there are TVs and friendly staff and an overall chill atmosphere
