I really appreciate the atmosphere at Core Power Rotunda - the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and never makes me feel bad for not being as good as others in class. Core Power is a community of yogis that are kind and pleasant to take class with. The instructors are allowed to be individuals and play their own music, which I really enjoy. The class offerings are expansive enough to have something for everyone, but not so expansive that they feel overwhelming. the class schedules are consistent, which makes for easy planning.
I love the positive energy of the instructors, that you offer free classes to bring friends to try it out, how clean and calming the studio is. I also love the hands on help and clear instructions of how to complete the movements. Great music too!

I love my black tag membership!! But I think that with it, we should get access to free towels and monthly guest passes so we can bring our friends to our amazing studio

The free classes are great for the community, your retail is nice and you often have sales. I love the C2 classes that they are never the same and yoga sculpt is a great workout.
Classes and schedule
The teacher was excellent--she paced the flow to our level with modifications needed, provided good guidance to get better stretches. The music and sound system are good. The space is contemporary, clean. It was a great workout.
