I like the studio set up - spaces are clean. The teachers have all been friendly and lead a nice practice.
Loved the general atmosphere—I felt challenged but also not judged. The studio room is super nice too! And the various types of classes are fun to change things up.

Julia is the best instructor, perfect pace and interesting sequence
I was intimidated by the idea of a group fitness class but the vibe was great. I liked that the light was dimmed for my class (yogasculpt) which helped me focus more on myself than being aware of others. It was so fun!
All teachers are warm and welcoming. Very clean and nice facility.
