My daughter who is in 8th grade was struggling to get work done and constantly had missing assignments in various classes. Her grades were suffering as well. In a month she was able to make changes, get caught up and feel more successful with school. She ended the last marking period with all A’s and B’s and is back on track! The director and staff have helped her tremendously and I am so thankful for them. It has been such a positive experience for her.

My 2nd grader goes to sylvan in Jackson. She has only gone for a month and I see such a difference!. She is actually excited to learn now and I'm also excited she found a place to help. Wonderful place and so thankful for all the teachers there!

In mid-November, we enrolled our 9 year-old granddaughter at Sylvan for reading help. Within 6 hours of instruction, there was a very noticeable improvement in her reading skills. She was sounding out words better, her comprehension was improved; it was amazing to see. We can't wait to see how much she will excel as time progresses. Thank you, Sylvan!

My son needed a 72 on his exam to pass the class. With the extra study help he got a 72.7.

My son was struggling in school with reading. He did not want to try reading at all. After 6 sessions he spent the entire weekend reading out loud book after book. I am very thankful that he is attending Sylvan and he loves going.

I really love that the teachers are able to explain the new Common Core math. My son and daughter both required assistance. The extraordinary teachers at Sylvan have succeeded with explaining this technique so my children had an understanding and are able to build on that knowledge. Thank you.
