Quick scheduling, reasonable price, knowledgeable inspector

The inspection report was very detailed and was provided very quickly. Inspector Mike Burns was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we posed to him during the inspection. Knowing that we were first time home buyers, he was easily able to explain the main things to look out for and broke down how urgent each noted issue was. This way we could prioritize repairs/upgrades and he gave us a much better sense of the condition of the property. Despite performing the inspection during the ongoing pandemic, I do not feel like his service was negatively impacted in any way by efforts at maintaining distance for the safety of everyone involved. We were able to quickly schedule the home inspection for a time that worked well for all parties involved and the whole process went very smoothly. I was able to quickly contact the office with the few questions I had about the process and Debbie answered them all.

Super professional, was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered every single one of my questions without making me feel silly for asking. My previous home caught on fire/ the floor was falling out / insert numerous very bad health hazards here, so I explained that to Mike and he was more than happy to tell me what was wrong with my house, how to fix it, and who I should contact to get things checked out.

We were grateful he took the time to explain to us about home safety -- and we've (almost!) done ever single one of his requests/suggestions. We're working our way down the checklist.

Jamie was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Being a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous about what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. He really took the time to walk me through everything, showing me where everything was located, how to use it, and how it works in general. My report was ready quickly and everyone on the team has been very responsive. Highly recommend.

The inspection was very thorough. Report was extremely conprehensive and a great way to atart a list off stuff that needs to be done. The inspector was extremely helpful explaining things and patient with all the questions.

I had a very good experience with HHI. I was referred to them by my agent and after comparing quotes with others in the area, found their pricing to be very reasonable. They were on time, courteous, and quick to get the report back to me. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Thorough and well-documented report

Andy Vergara is just simply an all around great person. He really does a excellent job and knows his homes inside and out. He taught me more in the hour I spent with him then what I learned in my 8yrs in construction. He able to answer any and every question I had with detail. I like him so much that I would recommend him to anyone really. Keep up the good work Andy and good luck on your book.

Prompt and courteous service gets an A plus. It all started with Debbie who coordinated things from the office. She listened well and I could tell that she was interested in pleasing the customer. She understood just how important a good home inspection was to us prior to purchasing our next home. We initially scheduled with Jamie and were able to talk to him on the phone. He added to our confidence. We needed to move the date up and Debbie coordinated the inspection with Mike on the same day due to a cancelation. Mike greeted us professionally. His crisp outfit with company name was nice to see. He reviewed with us all that he had done prior to our arrival and the results. We pointed out things that were important to us during the inspection and he checked them out. He worked methodically and professionally and yet friendly. He showed us his findings and gave the rationale for things that were concerning. At the end of his inspection he did not rush away. I recall him asking twice did we have any more questions or concerns. That meant a lot to us. The inspection report was detailed with pictures and was reflective of what he had reviewed with us at the property. There were no surprises. We really felt that the money spent for the inspection was well worth every cent. The professional inspection by Mike armed us to negotiate repairs in our contract with the seller. Thanks Mike!
