I appreciated that Dan understood the particulars that were relevant to the age of the house like aluminum wiring. Above all, the thoroughness of his inspection helped me understand the costs involved in the older house I was contracted to buy. Also there were items that were of safety concerns so Dan saved me from some major headaches.

The home inspection went very well. The inspection was scheduled for 1:00 pm on a Friday, and our inspector was there at that time. The inspector J.D. was very knowledgeable and pointed out various concerns or issues that he saw. All of these items were then included in a very extensive report that we received late in the evening that same day.
