I love how empowering and grounding the experience feels at the same time. The heated classes push you mentally and physically, but you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and stronger. I also like that every class can feel different depending on the instructor and flow, so it never gets boring. The atmosphere is motivating without feeling overly intimidating, and it becomes a space where you can disconnect from stress and reconnect with yourself. The mix of strength, mindfulness, stretching, and community makes it feel like more than just a workout.
Love Core Power but I wish more C2 classes were offered and that the floors were cleaned between classes.

My favorite is yoga sculpt , very intense and satisfying.
Love the instructors. The vibe changes ever so slightly to keep it interesting without too much volatility. Who wants volatility in yoga, LOL? Music can be upbeat, with both Kiras to mellow on a melancholy, dreary Wednesday afternoon, recently with Leah. Sculpt has been great with Vanessa, Eliya, and Rachel. And the always comical Eleanor. + Love Alexandria when I can take later classes.

I loved the class it was very challenging and fun, music was great, staff friendly. I felt that the instructor should have asked us to clean off our blocks and weights because it seemed unsanitary that most people just placed them back without wiping.
I had a slow start but have found my groove and really love the classes I have taken and the instructors! I feel comfortable enough now to step out of my comfort zone and try new classes and different instructors. I am so happy I invested in the membership. My favorite class by far is HPF but I also really enjoy C1& C2. I just took my first Strength X class and am going to add that into my routine. Thanks for getting me back on the mat!
I love the Federal Hill CorePower location. I go to this location, roughly 6-7 times per week. It feels like family. I love the instructors, and Renee, the studio manager, is incredibly warm, thoughtful, and skilled.
The FH CP schedule gets full so fast, and there is often a waitlist - because this location is so AMAZING. I truly spend more time at this location than in my own home. I love it so much! I just wish you could buy out the MedStar and make it bigger!

Convenience and variety
The instructors are very good. they are the reason i keep coming back to corepower yoga. the studio space is nice, could be cleaner. The locker room definitely need to be cleaned more often. especially the showers.

Anita sets the bar so high at Rotunda. Her sequences are so thoughtful and purposeful - it is clear how much care goes into each class. Energy in the studio is always so positive, I’m always happier on my way out than when I came in!!
