The HPF classes are wonderful...I wish that they were either more frequent or at a better time. The 9:30 class is very late and the 4:30 is difficult for people who work 9-5.

I am disappointed I can no longer do the Monday morning 11:30 class. It is kept too hot & I had heat stroke. :(
But, I love Michelle on Wed. at 4pm. She's preggo, so she doesn't keep the room too hot. :)

Love the classes! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The facilities are modern and clean.
I've only taken the Yoga Sculpt class a couple of times but I loved the combo of cardio strength and yoga in one workout

Loved the classes I've taken so far! And the space is beautiful! Only thing that could be improved would be more toilets-Just 2 in the women's locker room isn't enough.
