The challenging yoga classes

I've been to a C1 class twice this week and the experience is unlike any yoga class I've ever been to. I felt I could really connect with the instructors while focusing on my practice. Sarah was phenomenal at explaining the poses as we did them; covering what each pose was designed to do and reminding us of our breathing throughout. Can't wait for my next class!

The vibes are extremely welcoming, especially for new comers and beginners. The people who teach the classes are very positive and make you feel comfortable. The facility is very nice and cleaned regularly.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The class was challenging, unique and fun. I haven't sweat so much in long time! The studio was clean, updated and comfortable. Overall a great experience!

The C2 classes I've taken are fun and a fantastic workout. Teachers are enthusiastic and energetic and music is always good.

Stylish and good quality produce selection. Loved the classes. Had especially enjoyed instructor at south end location (tried newton and comm ave locations also)

The teachers are amazing and I love the look of the studio..

I do feel the black tag members should have unlimited use of mats and towels. The locker rooms are also very small.

Amenities are great. Shower, deodorant etc, very convenient. I know this would make laundry wild, but towels would be great! Maybe a towel card system to reduce theft. Grab a towel, leave your card. Return it in hamper by front desk, get your card back. Just thinking! But yall are lovely.
