Making the appointment was a very simple process from the website. I was provided a time-slot on the website. I received a follow-up to confirm the time-slot, and was told they would call me when they're 15-30 minutes away from my house. The guys did call as promised (on time) and they arrived on-time; they had a look at what I needed them to lug, gave me a quote and removed everything in a timely manner, being careful not to damage my house! The two man Team that arrived were very courteous and professional. I will be using Junk-Luggers Charlotte in the future should the need arise.
