Christopher Harrop was the consummate professional. Very pleasant to speak to and very knowledgeable. What makes the interaction memorable is that he's honest and doesn't give the impression that he's trying to oversell his service. He made some good observations, and I have no doubt that he ultimately saved me some pain further down the line. If only all service providers took the same pride in what they do. I didn't have a long wait for service after I called to make the appointment. Mike Jarvis was very friendly and extremely helpful. He explained what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. He was very patient. He offered me a monthly contract and explained why it would be a good idea. He did not pressure me in any way. How nice it would be if all servicemen were as kind and helpful as Mike!! Culligan is very luck to have him!! [NAME REMOVED]
