I left a note on the door asking that 3 bags of salt be delivered, and 3 bags were left for me. Thanks to an adjustment to my water softener at my yearly servicing, I am using so fewer bags of salt than I once was.
Service providers have always been excellent. I used to be able to change my own sediment filters but no longer can, so I wish a service call (separate from changing the ultraviolet bulb) was not so expensive.
Staff is very friendly and helpful and amenable to my climate-dependent changes in water usage. My only criticism is that your paper bill is basically unintelligible and very confusing.
We need a water softener for hard water. Questionable H2O so we purchased a water system. The Priveledge program is a bit steep, paying a quarter of the price of the system yearly.

Water system does a good job of balancing out the minerals from my well; along with no aftertaste in our drinking water. And the staff are very personable and have always been able to answer any questions that should arise. Very pleased.
