Sylvan staff members take the time to know my daughter on an individual basis. They are firm yet gentle and loving. She receives a lot of praise and acknowledgement for her progress. This encourages and motivates her to do the very best that she can do. I also enjoy how happy and upbeat the staff are. For the most part all of the staff members seem to really enjoy their job.
Very flexible and customizable depending on the needs of the individual child. Light and friendly environment and most important my sons grades have improved.
