I was impressed with how the Sylvan tutor rep explained in great detail the needs of my child and how those needs will be met by the program. The testing revealed where my child's learning became challenged. My child is a lot more confident and happier about learning. I had to learn that I couldn't help my child and that she needed professionals. That's what Sylvan is to me, academic professionals.

We werent sure what to expect in terms of their attitudes about going to saturday school for two hours during the summer...but it seems that they are so clear about how it is helping them that they are motivated to continue. The Piedmont team is exceedong our expectations.

Friendly and flexible
The service and communication at this center is something that is rarely given now-a-days. They are really good with the kids and they actually put the kids 1st. In addition they make sure that you as a parent feels comfortable with whatever might be going on. They are always open and available when needed.

It really works, my son learn to read in 2 and 1/2 weeks. I'm very impressed and my son is very excited and wants to read all the time. Sylvan is the best investment we have done.
Sylvan makes learning fun and works at the child's learning level and pace.
It's convience and Saturday sessions. Our son has been with Sylvan for a little over a month now and we have seen some progress with his reading. He knows more site words and wants to read the words he knows when it's time to read. We're looking toward to more progress with our sons reading and comprehension.

How engage the staff is with the students. The work environment setting. Too bad you are not a Charter or Private School.
The system is solid and the director is very professional. My son loves learning something new from his writing teacher.
