Everyone is friendly and professional. The only thing we have noticed is that our son has been released 5 minutes early at each paid session. Its not a huge deal but those minutes add up and are crucial to us.

Sylvan has given my son the confidence he needed to get to grade level. He participates in class, his DICBELS have gone form 18WPM to 62WPM, in just a few months. He is happier and his teachers (and his Mommie) are amazed at and so proud of his progress. My son is in a language immersion school where he is struggling in Chinese as well, and his solution was to attend "Sylvan for Chinese".. I wish!
They keep me updated on the progress, they have changed the times to fit our schedule as it has changed since we started, they are very friendly and helpful. :)

Regular feedback to us along with continued testing to ensure progress. Our son also really likes all of the instructors. His progress has been amazing.
It's not what I like as much as what my daughter likes. She is learning to read faster than I ever could have imagined and loving doing so. She is excited to come to Sylvan and excited about being there. I wish we could just come full time and skip public school all together.
